Return & Exchange Policy

As we are closing out our business, we want to inform our valued customers that we will no longer be accepting returns or exchanges. This policy is effective immediately and applies to all purchases made from our online store.

Important Information:

  • All Sales Final: All items purchased are final sale. No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be processed.
  • Customer Support: Our customer support team will still be available to answer any questions you may have about your purchases, but they will not be able to process returns or exchanges.

Product Issue

If you believe there is an issue or defect with your product, we ask that you please reach out to our Customer Service team at contact.sa@bornprimitive.com. When reaching out please include your order number, a description and a picture of the issue for us to better assist you.
